WANTED: white dressing tables

I have recently noticed a trend at the flea market: white dressing tables (dressers, wash stands, vanities, and the like) are everywhere! These pieces can be antique or new, solid wood, even metal! Some have great serpentine bases, swivel mirrors, and gorgeous glass knobs. Here are my favorite examples from the store:



This vanity is super sturdy and has great details like the glass knobs. I would love to pair it with a luxuriously upholstered stool. It is on the larger side though – quite a commitment.



The smallest piece of the bunch, this one is great for those (like me) who are short on space. It’s pretty simple, but could easily be jazzed up with new hardware. At $60 this one is also the easiest on the pocketbook.



Of course the most expensive of the bunch is my favorite. This beauty has pink (pink!) glass knobs and a serpentine base. It sits pretty low, but I instantly imagined it adorned with pretty perfume bottles, fresh flowers, and a silver hair brush. Now if I could just find the space…
